My yoga journey began Almost 15 years ago when I discovered Hot Yoga living in San Francisco California. Yoga became a daily practice in my life, bringing me constant and continuous peace of mind. I went in for the physical but came out with a sense of pride and passion for myself realizing quickly that it's never about how you look in that room but how you feel. Wanting others to approach yoga in the same way it lead me to my first teacher training in late 2013. I obtained my RYT 200hr certification and continue to educate myself with trainings and workshops as well as I have a dedicated personal practice. I have taught over 2000 studio classes priding myself on personal attention with verbal and physical alignment details, injury modification and positive encouragement always. I am grateful to be apart of something that is so transformative for people. Everyone comes in the room for different reasons. I look forward to teaching you and being apart of your yoga journey in our wonderful community.

Alexa Palminteri

Alexa has been studying and practicing movement of the body her whole life. She began dancing at the age of 2 and is currently working as a dance teacher and choreographer all over California. As a dancer, Alexa was constantly overusing her body and ran it into the ground. Due to many injuries, she was desperate to find a practice that rehabilitated and rejuvenated her body all while keeping it in shape, This is where yoga came in. Alexa fell in love with yoga and how therapeutic it was. After a couple of years of committing to her practice, she decided to take her passion a step further and become a certified instructor. She recently completed her 200 hours in vinyasa flow and is continuing her education and building her practice through multiple extension programs. Alexa is also currently enrolled in the Yoga Therapy RX program at Loyola Marymount University where she hopes to continue growing as both a student and an instructor, as well as a healer for those in need. Her goal is to provide a challenging, safe, and rejuvenating environment for all her fellow yogis.

Camryn Mackey

Camryn began her yoga journey after moving from Seattle to pursue her passion for dance. She began taking yoga classes and shortly after found herself very drawn to the community Los Angeles provided. With the inspiration from the people she was surrounded by, she felt she had found walls she wanted to be within every single day. Like most, Camryn found herself addicted to the physical practice she was receiving and in due time found the balance and importance of the mental practice as well. With the help of this, Camryn decided to complete two 200 hour yoga certification programs as well as Hot Mat Pilates training. She currently teaches in both Hollywood and Playa Vista and is very excited to be starting with WARRIOR&CO.! She is eager to help share her knowledge and passion for yoga and hot mat pilates as she watches not only her own journey continue but the ones around her as well!

Lindsay Fulton

Lindsay Fulton began practicing yoga in college to maintain a healthy physical and mental wellbeing. Having been a dancer her whole life and after establishing herself as a professional dancer in LA, Lindsay found an escape from the cerebral demands of UCLA and her dance career in the yoga studio. Over the years, her practice has truly evolved from being a student to completing her yoga certification with Corepower and becoming a teacher. Lindsay encourages her students to find deeper meaning behind movement and hopes to share her love for community, music, and movement in her classes.

With a series of specific yoga postures performed in systematic order, Exalted Warrior blends the detoxifying and meditative qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of power yoga. This harmonious practice strengthens the mind and body and when performed consistently deepens ones yoga practice. Exalted Warrior works to detox your body, strengthen your muscles and increase flexibility and balance.
