Emma found yoga in 2011 while she was in Boulder, Colorado. Boulder was not for her, but yoga sure was! Upon her return to Los Angeles she immediately began her practice at the first studio she could find. Soon after, she took her first teacher training and began teaching. Emma's influence in the yoga community involves not only teaching but also private instruction and teacher training experience. Her certifications include vinyasa, power, hatha yoga as well as group fitness. On a daily basis she teaches and takes class, to stay balanced in her own practice which is the main principle she tries to instill in her students. Emma urges others to be open to life's opportunities ... You never know where they will take you. Namaste!

Alexa Palminteri

Alexa has been studying and practicing movement of the body her whole life. She began dancing at the age of 2 and is currently working as a dance teacher and choreographer all over California. As a dancer, Alexa was constantly overusing her body and ran it into the ground. Due to many injuries, she was desperate to find a practice that rehabilitated and rejuvenated her body all while keeping it in shape, This is where yoga came in. Alexa fell in love with yoga and how therapeutic it was. After a couple of years of committing to her practice, she decided to take her passion a step further and become a certified instructor. She recently completed her 200 hours in vinyasa flow and is continuing her education and building her practice through multiple extension programs. Alexa is also currently enrolled in the Yoga Therapy RX program at Loyola Marymount University where she hopes to continue growing as both a student and an instructor, as well as a healer for those in need. Her goal is to provide a challenging, safe, and rejuvenating environment for all her fellow yogis.
Good choice for beginners or intermediate practitioners . Offered in the hot yoga room and non-heated yoga room. Warrior Flow 1-2 is a slower-paced vinyasa flow class offering posture breakdowns and opportunities to deepen your practice with new postures. This class will keep you energized while helping you build strength and flexibility. You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building awareness around alignment.  Warrior Flow 1-2 will build endurance and help you stay present and centered. Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow.
