Nicholas Garvey

I found yoga during my time at Adrian College in Michigan. My voice teacher invited me to take her yoga class, and once I went, I was hooked. Due to financial complications, I ended up transferring to a community college and used that opportunity to explore yoga in other places more. Soon enough, I came across a studio I fell in love with in Grand Rapids and completed my 200 hour teacher training. I spent a year in Lansing, Michigan teaching Power Vinyasa, Yin, and Chakra Vinyasa. Recently, I moved to Los Angeles to further pursue yoga. I love sharing my passion for mindful movement and helping others discover what yoga has to offer them. Hope to see you on the mat soon

Emma Weber

Emma found yoga in 2011 while she was in Boulder, Colorado. Boulder was not for her, but yoga sure was! Upon her return to Los Angeles she immediately began her practice at the first studio she could find. Soon after, she took her first teacher training and began teaching. Emma's influence in the yoga community involves not only teaching but also private instruction and teacher training experience. Her certifications include vinyasa, power, hatha yoga as well as group fitness. On a daily basis she teaches and takes class, to stay balanced in her own practice which is the main principle she tries to instill in her students. Emma urges others to be open to life's opportunities ... You never know where they will take you. Namaste!

Karina Winkler

Karina has practiced yoga and wellness for eight years and recently discovered it's transformative power and has a passion to guide others through their yoga and wellness journey. When she realized how important yoga is in creating balance, acceptance, patience, and peace not only with yourself but with others she knew she had to share.
Warrior Flow 1 - Good choice for beginners. Offered in the hot yoga room and the non-heated yoga room. Warrior Flow 1 is a slower-paced vinyasa flow class geared towards those new to yoga or prefer a slightly gentler class. Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building confidence and strength as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.
