Warrior Flow 1

This class is taught by:

Morgan Kaczor

200 Hour RYT, Yoga Sculpt Certified, Kids Yoga Certified.
Morgan graduated from California State University Long Beach with a BA in Child Development and Family Studies and a minor in Dance. Throughout her college career she worked as a teacher in the Child and Family Center, taught dance to children and continued to return back to Summer Camp in Los Angeles as a Director for 12 years. After graduating college, she went on to become the Assistant Director at My Gym Fitness Center in Manhattan Beach, developing and facilitating programs to help children 6 weeks to 15 years develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Morgan spent the 2012-2013 school year in Israel as a volunteer through the Israel Teaching Fellowship, teaching English to students in 1st-6th grade. Morgan has always been an athlete and her love for movement and meditation continued as she decided to further her knowledge and practice by studying to receive her Yoga Teacher certification. Yoga, for Morgan, is the "owners manual" to living the brightest version of oneself. Morgan's passion for yoga has pushed her to a greater understanding of herself and sparked a fire within to share the use and benefits of yoga, with intent, as a tool for true healing and happiness for everyone. Morgan's class is full of positive energy, a powerful flow and rockin' beats. Morgan hopes to give students of all ages an opportunity to expand themselves both on and off the mat.

Kallie Miller

Kallie Miller is over the moon to be joining WARRIOR&CO.! As a 500 RYT, 200 E-RYT, and 500 YTRX, Kallie is passionate about teaching yoga as a tool for true healing for every BODY. A yoga devotee since 2006, Kallie is a forever student, a sun saluter, and a yoga philosophy geek. With background in theatre, Kallie was first introduced to yoga as a tool to return to neutral and it was love at first downward-facing dog. She is a 500-Hr YTRX (Yoga Therapy) graduate from Loyola Marymount University and has trained in Yoga Therapy for Cancer and Chronic Illness. Kallie seeks to give her students an experience to listen intentionally to the nuances of their own body and inner life so they can continue to use their own keen intuition to nurture their body, mind, and heart-space. With wholehearted gratitude, Kallie bows to her teachers Charlotte Brecht Munn, Dr. Larry Payne, Clio Manuelian and every student she has ever met who all teach her how to listen more intentionally, live more fearlessly, and love more freely.

Jimena Tobon

My deep passion for fitness led me to begin practicing yoga over 10 years ago. As I began my Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training, I quickly learned that there are significantly more important gains from practicing yoga than just the physical ones. In order to expand my knowledge of yoga's inherent mind-body-soul connection, I enrolled and completed the 500-Hr Teacher Training at YogaWorks. Taking part in this professional program involved active participation in workshops, lectures, as well as an apprenticeship program. The person with whom I undertook my apprenticeship, Lainie Devina, is my role model and continues to be my inspiration as I trek along my effortful journey to become a better yogi. My classes are carefully planned as observing students' bodies and adjusting their poses as needed is part of my teaching routine. My energetic and enthusiastic demeanor as a Yoga Instructor is reflected in my teaching methods, as well as in the way in which I communicate with others. I am grateful to share something that I am passionate about with other people.

Victoria Sanchez

A San Diego Native, Victoria moved to Los Angeles to attend CSUN, where she earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in linguistics. Due to the stress of school, a friend invited her to a yoga class where she immediately fell in love with her yoga mat. From there, Victoria found time everyday for her yoga practice. Making it to her mat everyday became more than just getting in a good sweat, it's where she began to find her edge, clear her mind, and she shed layers to grow into the person she is today. When she began to take the fundamentals of yoga and use them off her mat, she decided to complete her 200 hour power teacher training with Corepower Yoga in 2013. Loving to learn and loving to teach, this was the natural next step in her growing yoga journey. When Victoria's not teaching yoga, you can find her teaching English as a second language, on her mat, telling stories, out on a hike, at the beach, or just enjoying this city in one way or another.

Rachel Wilson

My yoga journey began as a way to live a more meaningful and mindful life. As a flight attendant, I have found that yoga not only keeps me grounded while I’m away from home, but also helps manage my stress and anxiety. I believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone and should be met with compassion as well as discipline. While looking to deepen my own personal practice I found Kaya Yoga Remedy (formerly Underground Yoga) a studio in Huntington Beach where I received my 200 hour teacher training under the instruction of the incredible husband and wife duo Gilbert and Ashley Naungayan. I like to integrate my knowledge of Hatha yoga with the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar to build classes based around proper alignment and breath control. I encourage my students to use props and focus on their karma yoga - the path of action without attachment to the result. My goal is to create an environment that not only allows for growth in your yoga practice, but also in your life. I look forward to teaching and sharing this space with each and every one of you! Namaste.

Emma Weber

Emma found yoga in 2011 while she was in Boulder, Colorado. Boulder was not for her, but yoga sure was! Upon her return to Los Angeles she immediately began her practice at the first studio she could find. Soon after, she took her first teacher training and began teaching. Emma's influence in the yoga community involves not only teaching but also private instruction and teacher training experience. Her certifications include vinyasa, power, hatha yoga as well as group fitness. On a daily basis she teaches and takes class, to stay balanced in her own practice which is the main principle she tries to instill in her students. Emma urges others to be open to life's opportunities ... You never know where they will take you. Namaste!
