Warrior Flow 2

This class is taught by:

Ericka Ratcliff

Originally hailing from Baltimore MD. Ericka (RYT 200 hr.) was first introduced to yoga as a stressed out teen. Yoga and meditation was always an outlet she returned to, to give her peace of mind and perspective through tough times. Ericka is always learning from and encouraging her students through breath, alignment, and curiosity to experience their best yoga life. Acknowledging that everyones path and intentions are different, Ericka loves to teach students asana as a tool of self care for the ever changing and demanding lives we lead. Get on your mat and give it up... for yourself.

Victoria Sanchez

A San Diego Native, Victoria moved to Los Angeles to attend CSUN, where she earned her Bachelors and Masters degrees in linguistics. Due to the stress of school, a friend invited her to a yoga class where she immediately fell in love with her yoga mat. From there, Victoria found time everyday for her yoga practice. Making it to her mat everyday became more than just getting in a good sweat, it's where she began to find her edge, clear her mind, and she shed layers to grow into the person she is today. When she began to take the fundamentals of yoga and use them off her mat, she decided to complete her 200 hour power teacher training with Corepower Yoga in 2013. Loving to learn and loving to teach, this was the natural next step in her growing yoga journey. When Victoria's not teaching yoga, you can find her teaching English as a second language, on her mat, telling stories, out on a hike, at the beach, or just enjoying this city in one way or another.

Alexa Palminteri

Alexa has been studying and practicing movement of the body her whole life. She began dancing at the age of 2 and is currently working as a dance teacher and choreographer all over California. As a dancer, Alexa was constantly overusing her body and ran it into the ground. Due to many injuries, she was desperate to find a practice that rehabilitated and rejuvenated her body all while keeping it in shape, This is where yoga came in. Alexa fell in love with yoga and how therapeutic it was. After a couple of years of committing to her practice, she decided to take her passion a step further and become a certified instructor. She recently completed her 200 hours in vinyasa flow and is continuing her education and building her practice through multiple extension programs. Alexa is also currently enrolled in the Yoga Therapy RX program at Loyola Marymount University where she hopes to continue growing as both a student and an instructor, as well as a healer for those in need. Her goal is to provide a challenging, safe, and rejuvenating environment for all her fellow yogis.

Theo Smith

Theodore Smith is originally from Oxford England, and has the accent to prove it! Theo studied yoga at Black Dog and graduated with his 200-hour yoga alliance certification. He is an illustrator and movement enthusiast and when he is not practicing or teaching yoga he can be found running, handstanding or cycling all over LA. You may have seen him on his yellow bike! Theo’s yoga classes are a fusion of movement and music, and his classes focus on alignment and breath work. Always a musician at heart, there is a different playlist for every class and you can follow him on Spotify to listen to his eclectic collection.

A yoga devotee since 2006, Kallie is a forever student, a sun saluter, and a yoga philosophy geek. With background in theatre, Kallie was first introduced to yoga as a tool to return to neutral and it was love at first downward-facing dog. She is a 500-Hr YTRX (Yoga Therapy) graduate from Loyola Marymount University and has trained in Yoga Therapy for Cancer and Chronic Illness. Kallie seeks to give her students an experience to listen intentionally to the nuances of their own body and inner life so they can continue to use their own keen intuition to nurture their body, mind, and heart-space. With wholehearted gratitude, Kallie bows to her teachers Charlotte Brecht Munn, Dr. Larry Payne, Clio Manuelian and every student she has ever met who all teach her how to listen more intentionally, live more fearlessly, and love more freely.

Camryn Mackey

Camryn began her yoga journey after moving from Seattle to pursue her passion for dance. She began taking yoga classes and shortly after found herself very drawn to the community Los Angeles provided. With the inspiration from the people she was surrounded by, she felt she had found walls she wanted to be within every single day. Like most, Camryn found herself addicted to the physical practice she was receiving and in due time found the balance and importance of the mental practice as well. With the help of this, Camryn decided to complete two 200 hour yoga certification programs as well as Hot Mat Pilates training. She currently teaches in both Hollywood and Playa Vista and is very excited to be starting with WARRIOR&CO.! She is eager to help share her knowledge and passion for yoga and hot mat pilates as she watches not only her own journey continue but the ones around her as well!

After graduating college, she went on to become the Assistant Director at My Gym Fitness Center in Manhattan Beach, developing and facilitating programs to help children 6 weeks to 15 years develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Morgan spent the 2012-2013 school year in Israel as a volunteer through the Israel Teaching Fellowship, teaching English to students in 1st-6th grade. Morgan has always been an athlete and her love for movement and meditation continued as she decided to further her knowledge and practice by studying to receive her Yoga Teacher certification. Yoga, for Morgan, is the "owners manual" to living the brightest version of oneself. Morgan's passion for yoga has pushed her to a greater understanding of herself and sparked a fire within to share the use and benefits of yoga, with intent, as a tool for true healing and happiness for everyone. Morgan's class is full of positive energy, a powerful flow and rockin' beats. Morgan hopes to give students of all ages an opportunity to expand themselves both on and off the mat.

Doug Milliron

I have always been drawn to storytelling, to connection and to people. I am amazed by the feats the human body can achieve and the strength we can find in one another. It is these things that drew me deeply into yoga, the physical practice but also the deeper practice. My classes are athletic flows rooted in foundation, filled with positive energy and some moments of thoughtfulness mixed in. 200hr Yoga Alliance Cert.

Emma Weber

Emma found yoga in 2011 while she was in Boulder, Colorado. Boulder was not for her, but yoga sure was! Upon her return to Los Angeles she immediately began her practice at the first studio she could find. Soon after, she took her first teacher training and began teaching. Emma's influence in the yoga community involves not only teaching but also private instruction and teacher training experience. Her certifications include vinyasa, power, hatha yoga as well as group fitness. On a daily basis she teaches and takes class, to stay balanced in her own practice which is the main principle she tries to instill in her students. Emma urges others to be open to life's opportunities ... You never know where they will take you. Namaste!
