Warrior Flow 2 - Hot

This class is taught by:

Jimena Tobon

My deep passion for fitness led me to begin practicing yoga over 10 years ago. As I began my Hot Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training, I quickly learned that there are significantly more important gains from practicing yoga than just the physical ones. In order to expand my knowledge of yoga's inherent mind-body-soul connection, I enrolled and completed the 500-Hr Teacher Training at YogaWorks. Taking part in this professional program involved active participation in workshops, lectures, as well as an apprenticeship program. The person with whom I undertook my apprenticeship, Lainie Devina, is my role model and continues to be my inspiration as I trek along my effortful journey to become a better yogi. My classes are carefully planned as observing students' bodies and adjusting their poses as needed is part of my teaching routine. My energetic and enthusiastic demeanor as a Yoga Instructor is reflected in my teaching methods, as well as in the way in which I communicate with others. I am grateful to share something that I am passionate about with other people.

Nikki Norenberg

Nikki found her passion for yoga after many years of dancing and needing a place to disconnect from her mind and give back to her body. Yoga immediately felt like home to Nikki and she could not wait to learn more about the practice. She received her certification with Corepower Yoga's 200-hour Power Teacher Training program and began teaching immediately throughout the San Fernando Valley. With a charismatic spirit, Nikki is known to create a fun and enjoyable class environment while also deeply challenging her students on both a physical and mental level. Her depth of knowledge in dance and body awareness directly ties to her passion for yoga by helping students tap into a deeper understanding of the movement of their bodies. Nikki is a proud Minnesota native who currently lives in Sherman Oaks, California where she appreciates the sunshine daily!

Alexa Palminteri

Alexa has been studying and practicing movement of the body her whole life. She began dancing at the age of 2 and is currently working as a dance teacher and choreographer all over California. As a dancer, Alexa was constantly overusing her body and ran it into the ground. Due to many injuries, she was desperate to find a practice that rehabilitated and rejuvenated her body all while keeping it in shape, This is where yoga came in. Alexa fell in love with yoga and how therapeutic it was. After a couple of years of committing to her practice, she decided to take her passion a step further and become a certified instructor. She recently completed her 200 hours in vinyasa flow and is continuing her education and building her practice through multiple extension programs. Alexa is also currently enrolled in the Yoga Therapy RX program at Loyola Marymount University where she hopes to continue growing as both a student and an instructor, as well as a healer for those in need. Her goal is to provide a challenging, safe, and rejuvenating environment for all her fellow yogis.

Caroline Vuchetich

200 RYT Caroline got her yoga teaching certificate in 2014 in Kansas City through Sid Yoga. She trained and taught a Baptiste inspired practice at the same studio for four years. Now that she is living the Cali life she is happy to be apart of the warm WARRIOR&CO. tribe. Her classes are full of upbeat songs, quick cues, high fives, OMs, and your favorite hip openers. Before teaching yoga Caroline ran the Paris Marathon, all of the Kansas City trails, and many other races. It was actually a running injury that got her full swing into yoga - so, if you need a modification due to pain or injury she’s been there and can help you out! When she’s not teaching power yoga, Caroline teaches kids 18 months old through high school where her past teaching and storytelling experience really come to life. Off the mat Caroline hikes, camps, enjoys a glass of wine, the beach, and a good movie after a crazy sweat. Caroline hopes to help all students release what does not serve them, come back to the present moment, and have fun.

Anissa Davis

Throughout my life, I have always been very active. I was a dancer for almost 15 years but had to close that chapter due to an unfortunate ATV accident. After overcoming the traumatic ATV accident, I was determined, to not only continue having an active, adventurous, and full life but to also find happiness in my own skin again. The scars remind me every day that life is a blessing and life can change instantly. Through my struggles and journey during recovery, I thankfully found yoga after so many years. It lifted an immense weight off my shoulders and guided me through positive experiences that have fueled my love and appreciation for the practice. I was inspired by my mentors, peers, and personal growth to become a certified yoga instructor. Motivated to give this same inspiration to others and help people to find their center and inner happiness. Through patience, intention, and consistency, I hope to help guide you through your mental, physical, and spiritual journey.

Lindsay Fulton

Lindsay Fulton began practicing yoga in college to maintain a healthy physical and mental wellbeing. Having been a dancer her whole life and after establishing herself as a professional dancer in LA, Lindsay found an escape from the cerebral demands of UCLA and her dance career in the yoga studio. Over the years, her practice has truly evolved from being a student to completing her yoga certification with Corepower and becoming a teacher. Lindsay encourages her students to find deeper meaning behind movement and hopes to share her love for community, music, and movement in her classes.

Morgan Kaczor

200 Hour RYT, Yoga Sculpt Certified, Kids Yoga Certified.
Morgan graduated from California State University Long Beach with a BA in Child Development and Family Studies and a minor in Dance. Throughout her college career she worked as a teacher in the Child and Family Center, taught dance to children and continued to return back to Summer Camp in Los Angeles as a Director for 12 years. After graduating college, she went on to become the Assistant Director at My Gym Fitness Center in Manhattan Beach, developing and facilitating programs to help children 6 weeks to 15 years develop physically, cognitively and emotionally. Morgan spent the 2012-2013 school year in Israel as a volunteer through the Israel Teaching Fellowship, teaching English to students in 1st-6th grade. Morgan has always been an athlete and her love for movement and meditation continued as she decided to further her knowledge and practice by studying to receive her Yoga Teacher certification. Yoga, for Morgan, is the "owners manual" to living the brightest version of oneself. Morgan's passion for yoga has pushed her to a greater understanding of herself and sparked a fire within to share the use and benefits of yoga, with intent, as a tool for true healing and happiness for everyone. Morgan's class is full of positive energy, a powerful flow and rockin' beats. Morgan hopes to give students of all ages an opportunity to expand themselves both on and off the mat.

Emma Weber

Emma found yoga in 2011 while she was in Boulder, Colorado. Boulder was not for her, but yoga sure was! Upon her return to Los Angeles she immediately began her practice at the first studio she could find. Soon after, she took her first teacher training and began teaching. Emma's influence in the yoga community involves not only teaching but also private instruction and teacher training experience. Her certifications include vinyasa, power, hatha yoga as well as group fitness. On a daily basis she teaches and takes class, to stay balanced in her own practice which is the main principle she tries to instill in her students. Emma urges others to be open to life's opportunities ... You never know where they will take you. Namaste!
