Bumpin' Warrior Yoga Class at Warrior&Co. A Yoga Studio

BUMPIN' WARRIOR

Offered in the non-heated yoga room. Conducted in a calm, peaceful environment, Bumpin’ Warrior will guide you through a class specifically designed for the journey of pregnancy. Linking yoga postures with the breath will bring awareness to the mind, body and spirit, and also the spirit of your baby. This practice with strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, improve circulation, aid in digestion, exercise the spine and increase overall comfort.

EXALTED WARRIOR

Set sequence. Offered in the hot yoga room. With a series of specific yoga postures performed in systematic order, Exalted Warrior blends the detoxifying and meditative qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of power yoga. This harmonious practice strengthens the mind and body and when performed consistently deepens ones yoga practice. Exalted Warrior works to detox your body, strengthen your muscles and increase flexibility and balance.

HIIT WARRIOR

High Intensity Interval Training Class. Offered in the non-heated yoga room. This HIIT style class will include​ a dynamic ​and varied full body workout, will be high intensity and high energy while still focusing strength, endurance, agility, balance, posture breathing, and form throughout. The bonus is that you'll get a very important deep stretch and the end, leaving you feeling energized and renewed!
Hot Mat Pilates Class at Warrior&Co. A Yoga Studio

HOT MAT PILATES

Offered in the hot yoga room. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Using Pilates principles, Hot Mat Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. Your entire core, glutes, and upper body will receive special attention. This energetic class is paired up with up-beat music to keep you motivated. Not to mention health and flexibility of the spine to train your muscles to work together; which will lead to good posture & strength throughout your body. It is performed on a yoga mat in a heated environment.

JUNIOR WARRIOR

(5-8 Years)
Offered in the non-heated yoga room. Set to music in a creative, playful, enriching environment, our developmentally appropriate class empowers cognitive, emotional and behavioral presence in kids. Through the use of stories and music, the imagination is activated and children are guided through poses and movement while working on focus, balance and coordination. Yoga helps plant the seeds for a lifetime of health and wellness by, learning to utilize their breath to calm the mind and relax the body. These are tools they can use both on and off the mat in their daily lives.

PARENT & MINI WARRIOR

(4 year old and under)
Offered in the non- heated yoga room. WARRIOR&CO. creates a nurturing space where families can connect, breathe and have fun together. The class is a balance of playtime and yoga basics, allowing the parents to move and meditate while children can either participate or play. 
Senior Warrior Yoga Class at Warrior&Co. A Yoga Studio

WISE WARRIOR

Offered in the non-heated yoga room. Aimed with knowledge of the medical conditions of the class participants and the ability to modify poses to accommodate each participant’s health circumstances, our well-informed Yoga instructors guide seniors through gentle movement and stretching. Teaching them to breathe and move on their mat will help them breath and move off the mat. Yoga for seniors has many health benefits such as reducing swelling in joints while increasing joint mobility and improving balance and strength.

SCULPTED WARRIOR

Offered both in the hot yoga room and non-heated yoga room. Rock out to upbeat tracks as you boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass. You’ll combine the Warrior Flow 2 sequencing with free weights and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges, planks and bicep curls. This dynamic resistance-training yoga method uses compound movement with your own bodyweight, weights, blocks, bands and sliders to provide a full body workout.

TWEEN WARRIOR

(9-14 Years)
Offered in the non-heated yoga room. In a world so complicated with technology and stress, tween warrior is the perfect place for a tween to achieve a calm and balanced mind, while building strong and flexible bodies. This upbeat, creative yoga practice, seamlessly linking breath and movement, will keep the tween present as they learn to move gracefully in and out of poses. Learning breath and movement mediation the tween will take what they learn from the mat and use it in their daily lives. This class is highly recommended for tween athletes.

TRANQUIL WARRIOR

Offered in the hot yoga and non-heated yoga room. Reboot and rebuild with a series of holding postures that focus on stretching and breathing. This class is designed to alleviate soreness, work the connective tissues in your body and give your mind a well-deserved moment of reflection and relaxation. Restorative yoga is about healing the mind and body through simple poses often held for a longer time, with the help of props such as block, pillows and straps.

WARRIOR FLOW 1

Good choice for beginners. Offered in the hot yoga room and non-heated yoga room. Warrior Flow 1 is a slower-paced vinyasa flow class geared towards those new to yoga or prefer a slightly gentler class. Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow where you’ll explore the yoga postures and fundamental principles of Vinyasa yoga. You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building confidence and strength as you push the edge of your balance and flexibility.

Good choice for beginners or intermediate practitioners . Offered in the hot yoga room and non-heated yoga room. Warrior Flow 1/2 is a slower-paced vinyasa flow class offering posture breakdowns and opportunities to deepen your practice with new postures. This class will keep you energized while helping you build strength and flexibility. You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and building awareness around alignment.  Warrior Flow 1/2 will build endurance and help you stay present and centered. Unroll your yoga mat for an invigorating full-body flow.

WARRIOR FLOW 2

Offered in the hot yoga room and non-heated yoga room. Looking for the yoga class to get energized while helping you build strength and flexibility? This upbeat, creative yoga practice, seamlessly linking breath and movement, will keep you present as you learn to move gracefully in and out of poses. Utilizing Sun Salutations, strength building and connected movements, Warrior Flow 2 will build endurance and help you stay present and centered. Great for the more experienced yogi.

Yoga for athletes reaches the athlete in all of us by improving balance, flexibility, power and stamina which can result in improved performance, injury reduction and faster recovery for everyone.
