With a series of specific yoga postures performed in systematic order, Exalted Warrior blends the detoxifying and meditative qualities of hot yoga with the intensity of power yoga. This harmonious practice strengthens the mind and body and when performed consistently deepens ones yoga practice. Exalted Warrior works to detox your body, strengthen your muscles and increase flexibility and balance.
Offered in the hot yoga room. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. Using Pilates principles, Hot Mat Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. Your entire core, glutes, and upper body will receive special attention. This energetic class is paired up with up-beat music to keep you motivated. Not to mention health and flexibility of the spine to train your muscles to work together; which will lead to good posture & strength throughout your body. It is performed on a yoga mat in a heated environment.
Offered in the non-heated yoga room. Set to music in a creative, playful, enriching environment, our developmentally appropriate class empowers cognitive, emotional and behavioral presence in kids. Through the use of stories and music, the imagination is activated and children are guided through poses and movement while working on focus, balance and coordination. Yoga helps plant the seeds for a lifetime of health and wellness by, learning to utilize their breath to calm the mind and relax the body. These are tools they can use both on and off the mat in their daily lives.
Offered in the non-heated yoga room. Aimed with knowledge of the medical conditions of the class participants and the ability to modify poses to accommodate each participant’s health circumstances, our well-informed Yoga instructors guide the yogis through gentle movement and stretching. Teaching them to breathe and move on their mat will help them breathe and move off the mat. Yoga has many health benefits such as reducing swelling in joints while increasing joint mobility and improving balance and strength.

In a world so complicated with technology and stress, tween warrior is the perfect place for a tween to achieve a calm and balanced mind, while building strong and flexible bodies. This upbeat, creative yoga practice, seamlessly linking breath and movement, will keep the tween present as they learn to move gracefully in and out of poses. Learning breath and movement mediation the tween will take what they learn from the mat and use it in their daily lives. This class is highly recommended for tween athletes.
