STUDIO ETIQUETTE

WARRIOR&CO. A Yoga Studio welcomes yogi's of all ages and levels. If you are new to yoga, we are so happy for you to start your journey with us. If you are an experience yogi, check out all of our dynamic classes to deepen your practice in hot yoga or non-heated yoga.

Yoga etiquette is very important to make you feel comfortable in your yoga practice. Shoes should be removed before entering the studio rooms. We recommend leaving your cell phone in the locker room so that you and your fellow yogis can enjoy the one hour class with no interruptions. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your class to properly set up and relax before your practice. Embrace the quiet, try to limit conversation inside the yoga room. Never skip Savasana, the final relaxation pose. Savasana is the most important pose in your yoga class. It is a time for stillness that lets your body fully receive the benefits of yoga. If you must leave early, please exit the room before Savasana. Please respect the space and practice cleanliness by putting your props away after a class. Limit your shower time to conserve water. The yoga space is a non judgment zone, your practice will be different every time you take a class, embrace that.
